We have been working for well-known companies and design brands since 1999. The spectrum includes consumer and capital goods industries in Germany and abroad.

Located in the heart of Offenbach and in the immediate vicinity of Büsing Park, our spacious 290m² studio provides a creative workspace for our design team. For us, design is both a “players game” and a “team competition”.

Since 2025, Karsten Küber and Dr. Nico Reinhardt have been jointly leading aroma:id GmbH with a clear strategic focus and the ambition to position aroma:id for long-term strength, agility, and future-proof development.

Today, the studio sees itself more than ever as an incubator for new ideas, innovation, and holistic product ecosystems. It is not only strong in execution, but also in the strategic translation of visions into market-ready products and sustainable solutions.

Stronger Together

We share our studio with the tech-driven creative agency Krekeny. While aroma:id specializes in developing physical products and Krekeny creates meaningful digital experiences, both studios work independently but are connected by a shared mindset.

Bringing together hardware expertise and digital thinking allows us to take a more holistic approach to product solutions and to create seamless experiences across physical and digital worlds.

aroma:id is also collaborating with KIMETIS to integrate intelligent sensor technology and scalable cloud services into one cohesive system. Their focus lies on secure connectivity, device management and continuous product development across the entire lifecycle.

The goal of our collaboration is to enable more efficient processes, unlock new business models and create sustainable added value through AI driven applications.

Our studio is centrally located in Offenbach, just steps away from Büsing Park and a short walk to the Main river.

Easily accessible via the S-Bahn, with stations at Marktplatz and Ledermuseum, our studio is perfectly positioned for seamless connections to the
wider Rhein-Main area.
